FALL 2025 Registration

Registration is now open for the Fall 2025 Recreation season. 

Registration: This season, LASA is continuing to offer an "early bird" discounted registration as well as continuing to implement a late registration fee.

Fall Registration Rates

Early Bird - 5/3/2025 -5/25/25 - $65

Regular Registration- 5/26/25 - 7/13/2025- $75

Late Registration - 7/14/2025 - 7/31/2025 - $100

Schedule:  All Fall games will be played at Trevilians Elementary School.  We will also continue to run the Fall schedule to more closely align with the LCPS schedule. The Fall games will run 9/6/25 - 10/18/25. We will have a make-up/rain date of 10/25/2025, if needed.  We anticipate practices starting the week of August 11th, 2025.

Coaching:  LASA is offering a $35 discount on one child per household to anyone who volunteers to coach.  We anticipate a coaches meeting early August. 

Referees:  LASA will be utilizing a new scheduling and referee management software this season that will require all referees to register in their own portal. If you are a player as well as a ref, you will have to register in both the Recreation portal as well as the Referee portal, but your status as a player or ref will not be affected by the other.  A referee clinic will be offered early August. Additional information will be shared with referees when available.

Digital Forms:  All of our player forms are digital this season. You will be required to sign via e-signature during the registration process. A photography release and concussion management protocol have been added as well.

Mobile App:  With the introduction of the new scheduling software, all parents are required to download and use the Demosphere app. All games and practice times will be available in the app. All team and league-wide communications will take place in the app as well. You will need to use the same credentials to sign into the app that you use to register. You can register using the app as well.
